Excellence Award Scholarship

Engel & Völkers Austin is proud to present Faith Putnam with the Engel & Völkers $5,000 Excellence Award Scholarship in conjunction with the Lake Travis Rotary Club.  As a student, Faith has shown excessive promise graduating from Lake Travis High School and now attending the University Of Texas Austin with a major in business. This scholarship is paid for by money raised from our generous agents at E&V Austin and the patronage of Steve and Michele Turnquist. 

  Over the past 17 years, we have raised over $100,000 for the scholarship fund. E&V Austin and the Turnquist family want to give a special thanks to Jeff Lamb in our Lakeway Office. We would not be able to do this year after year without his hard work and…

Continued demand for single-family homes in the Austin-Round Rock Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) led to the highest-grossing August on record for Central Texas home sales volume, according to the August 2018 Central Texas Housing Market Report released today by the Austin Board of REALTORS®. Strong sales led to double-digit gains in sales dollar volume for homes sold in the five-county MSA, which totaled more than $1.2 billion in August.
